Description
The Workshop Assistant will work within the Tools room Team aiding supervisors and trade staff to complete manufacturing activities by operating machinery, measuring components, maintaining records and databases and assisting to manage inventory.
Working under varying supervision the successful candidate will operate a range of complex machine tools to produce components. The role will involve the use of measuring tools and techniques to assure that defined component quality is met, making limited adjustment where required. He or she must have the knowledge of all aspect mechanical engineering like fitting, welding and fabrications.
Notion hour: 250 hours
Weekend (30 Saturdays @ 8hours)
Industrial exposure :50 hours
